Heather Park Reed is a business transformation consultant and program manager, specializing in software implementation for non-profits and healthcare organizations. She spent over 20 years in consulting, working in professional services capacity for companies like Accenture and Salesforce. She thrives in helping clients plan and execute large-scale business transformation programs, from strategic visioning to delivery. Heather is dedicated to multiplying impacts at mission-driven organizations, using a variety of technology solutions to increase operational efficiency and improve constituent engagement. She enjoys building high-performing teams that grow together and bring results.
Between 2017 and 2019, as a consultant to TSS, she led the strategic technology implementation that transitioned TSS operations to cloud-based software solutions in the areas of finance, fundraising, and marketing. She is a parent of former students in various TSS programs. She has been a full-time resident of the valley since 2007, along with her husband and two children, who enjoy all the amazing outdoor adventures that the valley has to offer, as well as community engagement. She is also active in the Jackson Hole music community and frequently volunteers in schools. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.
