Avalee is from Washington state where she spent many years running summer programming at camps in the San Juan Islands. She managed a horseback riding program and later logistics for a sea-kayak based trip program. She attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religious Studies. Avalee spends her free time doing yoga, swimming, hiking, and skiing.
