Matilda is from Minneapolis, Minnesota and recently graduated from McGill University with a BSc in Anatomy and Cell Biology. After her sophomore year, she completed a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) semester and fell in love with Wyoming on her 30-day backpacking trip in the Absaroka Range. She has since worked as an outdoor orientation guide, the manager of her university outdoors club’s equipment office, and a teaching assistant in two labs. She is excited to bridge her passion for wellbeing and outdoor pursuits with place-based education at TSS. In her free time, Matilda loves skiing, finding the best swimming spots, cooking, and dancing to live music.
