Wildlife Expeditions

Moose photo

Wildlife Expeditions provides year-round wildlife viewing and natural history interpretation for visitors interested in close-up, ethical viewing of wild animals in their natural habitat. We travel throughout Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks in comfortable, customized, safari-style vehicles equipped with opening roof hatches, binoculars and spotting scopes.

Our expedition leaders know where to look for wildlife, vastly increasing your viewing opportunities. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, our guides have educational backgrounds in the natural sciences and enjoy explaining the animals' habits and life histories, as well as how different species interact with their environment.

We offer half-day and full-day expeditions through Grand Teton National Park and full-day expeditions to Yellowstone National Park's Lower Loop and Old Faithful. In addition a variety of multi-day expeditions are also offered. These longer expeditions provide opportunities to explore more of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and to focus on particular wildlife species when and where they are most active. Our multi-day trips utilize the same specialized vehicles as our single-day trips, stops for meals in local restaurants and stays in comfortable hotels.
